If you have an issue with the M2 Pro or the DataDash app, you can get in touch with MXC/MatchX Technical Support team by:
- Writing an email to technical support using firstname.lastname@example.org
- Using Technical Support Form on https://matchx.io/pages/support
- Typing /support on MXC Foundation #Help and go to the your DM area (on the left side of your Discord) and leave the details with the MXC Support Bot.
A support ticket will be created for you and Technical Support team will check and get back to you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday between 9AM - 6PM CET).
