Please try typing in the email address manually (do not copy and paste) and make sure there is no space before or after email address.
The login might be also case sensitive so please try using small letter in your email address.
If you are still not able to login and keep getting error: invalid email/password, you can use forgot password link on the app to reset your password.
Do keep in mind that this option is only available to be used once a month.
