We did maintenance on the MatchX supernode recently, which required the user to perform certain steps to re-login.
Here's what you need to do to access your account if you have login issue (i.e. the Logout button is unavailable):
- For iOS --> Re-install the DataDash app, then login as usual
- For Android --> Clear data and cache, then login as usual
You should be able to login after completing this step.
If you are not sure how to clear data and cache on Android, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to Settings
2. Look for Apps or Applications
3. Search for Datadash App
4. Choose Storage
5. Press Clear Cache and Clear Data
You can also long-press (i.e. hold your finger down for a few seconds) the DataDash app and click the app info or info icon. Inside the app info you will be able to see Storage then you may click the app cache and data.
