This is a phone issue and it doesn't affect your mining capability.
You can simply perform the following step in order to fix the issue:
For iOS--> Delete the DataDash app, install it again, then login as usual.
For Android--> Clear data and cache, then login as usual.
If you are not sure how to clear data and cache on Android, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings
- Look for Apps or Applications
- Search for DataDash App
- Choose Storage
- Press Clear Cache
- Press Clear Data
